Jhigu Pasaa: Return, Replace and Refund Policy
Normally we have policy not to take back the delivered products. The product this is being delivered to you is being quality checked to verify if the right product is processed before fulfillment packaging. Even after our optimum control, we understand that there may be some events where the wrong product or damaged or unworkable product is delivered due to some product missing or mal functioning or due to mis handling of product by delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Hence, in order to minimize the damage we have a Return, Replace and Refund Policy where the product received may be Returned and Replaced or amount paid may be refunded if Replacement cannot be fulfilled where following outlined conditioned are fulfilled by customer in stipulated time frame.
RETURN POLICY
Acceptable Condition for Return:
1. The product delivered must be unused, unwashed and without any flaws.
2. The product delivered must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. The returning product must include Price tags, User manual, Warranty cards, Freebies, Manufacturer’s box, wrapper, Invoice, Accessories if it were in delivered packet.
3. Return request must be raised within 24 hours for all items from the date of delivery.
Events where the product is acceptable for return:
1. The delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken/ defective (e.g. unable to switch on etc. ) or not working.
2. Mismatch of product delivered with the ordered product picture and specification (i.e. wrong product/size/color etc.)
3. Missing accessory/item of delivered product
Unacceptable Condition or Event:
1. If the delivered product is no longer needed (you have changed your mind about the order you do not like the product after opening the package).
2. Physical damage of product by customer due to wrong fitting/operation or tampered.
3. If any of above condition is not met.
REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY:
1. If the product is accepted for return, another same product may be delivered as replacement with free delivery charge. If the replacement is unable to fulfill within 7 working days from date of Return Accepted Date and Received of Returned Product, refund of paid amount may be done to customer with preferred refund method within 5 working days from the date of unsuccessful fulfillment.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
1. Go to in to https://jhigupasaa.com.np
2. Go to Customer Service section at bottom of page and click on Shipping and Return.
3. Fill in the Return Request Form and submit.
4. Once your Return Request is accepted, Pack the returning parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.
5. Handover the parcel to our courier service provider or drop off by yourself.
6. Our quality control team will inspect your returned product and may initiate for Replacement or may reject the Return Request upon inspection of return product. The customer must come and pick up the product within 3 working days from rejection date. Else it may be sent to scrap.
